Scarcely a few months ago, a story about Saudi Arabia finally lifting off the ban of women driving was circulating the web on every social media application out there.
Well, we have come to find out that Saudi Arabia has yet lifted off another ban allowing women to witness Football matches. Kudos Saudi Arabia! Another step towards the betterment of Saudi Arabia after its major problems, ever since its economy went downhill.
Saudi is known to be a private place where there’s a famous saying “You’ll never know what goes on behind the walls in Saudi Arabia” and we all know why. But while the unaware cluster of people are discovering this, Saudi is putting all of these saying(s) to an end leaving one day nothing to discover about.
We think that it’s a brilliant step taken by the Saudi Arabia’s government after all women do need equal rights and there’s absolutely nothing fallacious about women watching a football match first hand. All these changes have come ever since Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, the Defence Minister of Saudia Arabia, overtook Prince Nayef as the new Crown Prince of Saudi, when King Salman abdicates his throne.
These mammoth changes in Saudi Arabia as evidence that the country is indeed opting for a more modern approach to the world, standing on the paradigm of advancement and globalization, something which ever modern country today needs to survive in the changing international landscapes of the world.
While there may be many conspiracy theories as to why Saudi Arabia is doing so and how it is America that is behind everything, the fact remains, that Islam did indeed bestow equality on men and women, something that the country had ignored as of yet.
