OGRA (Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority) requested a price hike in petrol prices of 14 rupees 37 paisas per liter and forwarded it to the petroleum division. On this news, the famous singer Faakhir too didn’t keep quiet and took it to Twitter to talk about the insane inflation rates by asking people to suggest him a bicycle. Considering the skyrocketing suggested prices of petrol and diesel by OGRA it is safe to assume that we would need to hop on bicycles soon. Faakhir also requested OGRA to have mercy on us.

Sarcasm sey bharpoor tweet..
Guess you missed the point, sir.
You never know, anything can happen at this point.
Since Ramzan is around the corner and the increased prices of regular grocery items that include fruits, vegetables, rice, and flour were not helping the common man and has caused a severe sense of frustration; OGRA proposing an increase in petrol and diesel prices is sure to break the backs of the poor and the middle class of Pakistan – This was the last straw.
