The country is going through a process of revolution right now. The allegations that were present in the Panama Leaks were tried in court and after a long trial period, which included 60 days of joint investigation by NAB, SECP, Military Intelligence, ISI, FIA, and SBP a decision has finally been recorded and saved. The corrupt have been identified and evidence has been publicised by the news media to every corner of the country, and even the world. Among the corrupt is Zafar Hijazi, Chairman SECP, who was arrested by the FIA just recently. However, there is a twist to his story.
Zafar Hijazi was exposed by its own director who revealed that she was being forced by the chairman to tamper documents and publicly claim that the JIT members harassed her during her hearing. Rumours had been going on about JIT being too cruel during their investigation and even shaming the members of the Sharif, and now it seems clear why the rumours were taking place in the first place. Upon investigation, it was confirmed that Zafar Hijazi was directly involved in tampering evidence in the favour of the Sharif family who is already in knee-deep trouble. The FIA had been ordered to arrest SECP Chairman, but his bail plea was accepted.

The man claims that the FIA have illegally detained a female reporter who visited them to cover the arrest of Zafar Hijazi and when her coworker came to save her, he was beaten by Zafar’s relatives and the FIA. The man claims that a FIA director was giving a massage to Zafar when he saw the female reporter. According to this it seems that what is being presented to the media is not quite the truth. This should be noted by the legal authorities and a clear stance should be taken and presented to the public with honesty. If Zafar Hijazi has been arrested due to tampering of evidence, then such a serious crime deserves punishment, and not luxuries.
