United Arab Emirates has been modifying its VISA policy for the past few months…

This is good news!

On Sunday, UAE announced that it had altered its visa policy for children under the age of 18. There was a removal of visa fee for all tourists all over the world who come under the age of 18 years during summers.

With this new policy, traveling will be more flexible. This is in support of family tourism by reducing costs on visitors for two months from 15th July to 15th September every year. The action has been approved by the cabinet, exempting dependents of tourists under the age of 18 from visa fee. This is regarded as a move to further promote the country as a tourist spot.

This is not the first time UAE has altered its visa policy to attract more tourists. Last month, the authorities had exempted transit passengers from paying the entry fee for the first 48 hours of their travel.
