Yesterday, I read a post of a guy on Facebook who is graduate in Computer Sciences, he is so disappointed and broken because he couldn’t get scholarship from Chinese government and by that scholarship funding, he was also planning to support his family, also he was complaining that it’s very difficult to find a job in Pakistan paying because they are paying him 12k only!
Why is our education system so poor that it can’t even train a guy to make a livelihood after four years of education? Okay, our country isn’t producing enough jobs but the problem is with our education system as well, there should be career counseling from the beginning. Also in universities, there should be more training in life after graduation and about creating new opportunities. Students should be taught Entrepreneurship & Freelancing rather than few fixed notes of different subjects.
If a street seller in our country can make an average of 30k-40k monthly and a graduate is complaining about not a single opportunity to create a livelihood then there must be a problem in our education system.
And there is also the problem with our youth. We can’t work in a Cafe as the waiter if we have done graduation because maybe it’s the matter of dignity or I don’t know what. There is nothing wrong with working for yourselves instead of crying for no jobs. Now in big cities of China, many of the maids who clean the flats and hostels, especially the recently recruited ones are graduated from university. Can a university graduate of ours do that kinda job?
