While the whole country is mourning the tragic demise of little girl ‘Zainab’, we’ve seen several politicians including CM Punjab Shahbaz Sharif, Sheikh Rasheed, Siraj Ul Haq and some other politicians visiting the family of late Zainab.
Recently, Sheikh Rasheed visited the Kasur city to express his condolences over the heinous incident. While addressing the Media, Rasheed heavily criticized the role of Punjab Police saying that the way police targeted protesters, world has never seen such barbarism ever before. He also demands the immediate release of all the arrested protesters, as reported by Bol news.
Rasheed believes that the Shareef family will be held accountable even if all politicians step back against them. Apart from Kasur incident, Rasheed also accused Shahbaz Sharif of the corruption from Ittefaq Foundaries of around 9 billion rupees. He ensures that he will always raise his voice against the injustice.

While responding the query of a journalist, he said Shahbaz Sharif should go home respectfully before it’s too late. The country is heading towards civil war. “Whole nations is standing with Amin Sahab (Zainab’s father)”. He added.

Appreciating the media’s role, he further said that media has actually determined the public’s pulse. He emphasized the difference between politicians’ and common man’s issue. He believed that the unemployment essentially invokes the crime. Rasheed also criticized Punjab Police. He accused that no DPO and no DSP in Punjab can be posted without prior consonant of Hamza Shahbaz.
He also warned that if Police will not release the innocent protesters he will be out on roads with public for a historical protest.
