Last year, Aviation Insight company FlightStats made a list in January 2017 where they ranked the worst and best airlines internationally. The shocking thing that came to notice was that Air India was ranked as the third worst airline internationally. But what was more shocking was that PIA marvelously escaped the list and was nowhere to be seen; while the airline itself had a notorious reputation in the country!
But this is not the case this year. A flight compensation company Airhelp has made a list of 72 companies where they have put the best and worst airlines from all around the globe. So this time PIA couldn’t escape the list. The company has scored the airlines on the basis of the quality of service, on-time performance and claim process.

PIA gets 5.43/10. The carrier received an on-time performance score of 61%, 4.22 points for claims processing, and 6 for the quality of service.
The reputation that PIA has earned throughout the years is not really good enough considering the cleanliness, food and delayed flights. Recently, a PIA plane crashed which was caused by an engine failure and that particular crash triggered a lot of fear in the domestic customers let alone international customers of the airline.
The airlines once showcased the changed uniform which was designed by a renowned designer and the models had a ramp walk in the new uniform; for which the airline gets no marks upon. They better need to work on the quality of service and maybe be get serious on delayed flights.
