The Pulwama incident is the topic of discussion on every other social media platform currently. Recently, in an interview with India Today former Pakistan’s president, General Pervez Musharraf backed Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday against New Delhi’s allegations that stated that Islamabad was providing safe havens to the culprits involved in the incident.

Musharraf said that Pulwama incident was a very unfortunate one but there’s no reason to blame Pakistan for the actions that occurred. He also added that Prime Minister Narendra Modi did not have any “real emotion” for the CRPF personnel involved in the incident.

The former president while referring to the country’s economic crisis also said that “the condition in which Pakistan is, I don’t think the government will get into such a situation.” Which sounds fair.

Pervez Musharraf said that India should not misunderstand the defense capability of Pakistan. “India should think what it is doing in the Occupied Kashmir,” he stated in the interview.

Musharraf alleged that India was meddling with Pakistan by ganging up on it — with help from France and the United States. “Don’t say we meddle with India. Don’t you meddle with Pakistan? Why did you help break Pakistan into two? Didn’t you meddle with East Pakistan?” Musharraf told India Today.

He added, “You are colluding with France and the US and are trying to blacklist Pakistan. Stop doing that.” The former PM also said that Kashmir is not owned by India and there should be a discussion rather than accusations on Pakistan.

Recently, the PM Imran Khan also revealed in a speech that if India will attempt to blackmail Pakistan – we as a nation will not sit quietly and will revert.

Pakistanis’ take on the interview

Looks like people really despise India after the incident!

India is dragging politics in entertainment and sports which now seems petty and trivial for a country that is well established. The Pulwama incident has caused a stir in the masses and from tamaatar to T-Series – India is showing its true colors in excluding Pakistan from everything.

In a nutshell, it’s about time that Pakistan cut ties with India and gives them a taste of their own medicine by showing them that they’ll be at a loss of business if our country maintains a good distance!
