We asked Neman on how he ended up using Quora.com, an interactive website not many people know about.
Neman said: I started writing on Quora last year and fortunately, I hit it big. Even being the least educated person (matric) I was able to deliver answers that attracted millions of views and upvotes. I found Quora to be the right platform to learn facts. It provides you with both sides of the story and lets you be the judge to see what makes sense.
He was then asked about how he became a celebrity on Quora, how thousands of people started following his replies regularly.
Neman said: Soon I became the most followed Pakistani writer on Quora. Till date, I have over 9 million answer views, highest follower count among Pakistanis… and It’s just like living a dream!
We further asked Neman about the image of Pakistan police, people say constables are the most notorious, what does he think?
Neman said: It’s a thrill and joy to serve the public. Ek matric pass ko or kya job mil sakti thi. It has helped me put food on the table for my children, I’ve nothing bad to say about the department or my country!
Neman, like many other people in the world, used social media to his advantage. Coming from a humble and somewhat deprived background, Neman wanted to provide his family with the best. Instead of opting to illegal acts (like many other police officers), Neman set up a crowdfunding page to give his family a better house to live in.

The Pakistani police constable set up his account on YouCaring, with a goal of $19,000 — which is approximately 19 lakh rupees. With support from his fans and people from across the globe, he has raised up to $3000 and now needs our help to complete his goal.
