An open letter to those students who are having aggregate 88+ and still worrying whether they will be able to get admission in any public sector or not and to people who try to poke their nose in everything.

My dear fellows! Congrats, your chances of admission are very bright and you will surely get admission in any public medical college. Stop worrying about it. And all those who are worrying stop doing that and for God sake stop applying to other public universities in different undergraduate programs.

Your chances are much bright as you have scored very well. If you are still worrying regarding it then imagine the condition of students who have scored aggregate between average and below. How their hopes, dreams vanished just in a second. Imagine their condition that how they are pretending to be normal in front of their families, friends, relatives but inside they are dying. The chaos in their mind, the disappointment they are getting from everywhere is unbearable.

Imagine how it feels when they open the merit list of other public universities and still they didn’t get their name written on it because of the worried peeps who already know that they will get admission in public medical college but they are applying in other programs with 90, 89,88% aggregates and disappointing others. They are already on the verge of despair and getting hopeless day by day.

They are being mocked by people with these unforgettable words that,”haww you were such a bright student, kya hogya, mein ne to suna tha paper easy tha, tayari naheen the kya?” I mean seriously? Like what these students did was lock themselves with books for four years, missed their favorite hangouts just because of their full-length papers, missed the family functions just because of MCAT preparations, they went into depression knocking at their doors every time. Now they have to face the silent sympathies for them in the eyes of people.

Every night they cry silently and pretend normal on very next days. And if they courageously try to move on, they are surrounded by questions and cherry on top with the most famous question “Log kya kahen ge”. People gossip for one or two days and get used to their routine but left them with utter pain. So please I request you please give these brilliant students some space. Let them fly with their new dreams and hopes. Don’t mock them.
