If you think you’ve heard stories that make your heart weep and make you question the existence of humanity in today’s world, wait till you come across this brutal act of insanity. In Punjab, a young mother and her toddler died on the same night, while the dead child’s brother is still in critical condition.
Heartbreakingly, unknown assailants in Punjab’s Malianwala Village in Daska Tehsil murdered a young mother of two toddlers, before leaving her body out in the cold, along with her little children. The mother was shot to death numerous times.
The two little toddlers stayed next to the mother’s dead body all night until one of them died of the extreme cold weather. The 2-year-old Abdullah could not cope with the extreme conditions next to the river. However, 5-year-old, Asadullah survived.
After police came to the location of the two dead bodies and one child unconscious, 5-year-old Asadullah was taken to the Civil Hospital, where he still remains under observation.
The child did not know his mother’s name, so the case’s progress is slow. However, police, after carrying out the mother’s autopsy, revealed that her fingerprints were inked. It seemed that the people who shot the woman, took her fingerprints for some sort of documents before they killed her.
The heartless souls then took the mother’s body and her two children, throwing them out in the cold, which became the reason for 2-year-old Abdullah’s death. Ever since the incident, people living in the locality have been traumatized and as per police, seem very afraid.
This, indeed, has to be one of the most tragic and hurting incidents anyone in Pakistan has come across in recent times. We hope that the police catch the perpetrators soon and bring justice to Asadullah for the death of his mother and younger brother.
