The tragic demise of young Intezar Ahmed Siddiqui in Karachi’s Clifton area recently had sent social media into a frenzy once again. Apparently, Intezar Ahmed was murdered by police officers of the ACLC, who allegedly shot at him for not stopping.
However, as the case went on and investigation began, more updates about the case have emerged, bringing a more clear picture to what exactly happened. Intezar Ahmed was traveling on Khayaban-e-Ittehad with a female friend named Madiha Kayani, who was with him when he was killed.
As per Samaa TV, the girl, Madiha Kayani, played a part in setting up Intezar Ahmed’s murder. As per new updates, Intezar was involved in drugs and company of girls who had links with influential and very dangerous people.
The name in the news days, SSP Muqaddas Haider is now being blamed as the prime suspect in the case. The shooters belonged to his staff, as per Geo News.
The third name in the case is of a girl named Laila. Her entry now sheds light on exactly why Intezar was killed. Laila and Intezar had been in an affair for a short time, while Laila was also with SSP Muqaddas Haider for a long time. The girl, as per the news, procured a shady character and she was the reason that Intezar had returned from Malaysia for.
Madiha Kayani, also was friends with Laila and the SSP. She tried warning Intezar to not meet Laila and to end his relationship with her, but he rejected backing out, so did Laila. This, indeed, teased the SSP, who used his power to get Intezar murdered.
Samaa also stated that Laila, Madiha and Intezar were spotted using drugs such as Crystal Meth, Ice. This incident now seems to be one of revenge, where young Intezar Ahmed lost his life because of his friendship with shady girls who too resided in Defence, Karachi.
Friendship and affairs in today’s world can turn dangerous, especially in a society such as ours. Police is currently trying to find and locate Laila, who is the biggest clue and update in the case yet.
