Since PTI has won the elections, Pakistani awaam is all over the moon waiting to see the famous slogan ‘tabdeeli aa nhi rahi, tabdeeli agae hai‘  all set to action! Since almost everyone is looking up to Imran Khan to fulfill our dream of Naya Pakistan, we know someone from across the border who has high expectations as we do! And why not?

Yes..a famous Bollywood actress, Kangana Ranaut couldn’t stop herself praising the speech of our very own Khan Sahab, when responded with a question regarding him. She further commented on having better relationships between the two neighboring countries!

Let’s see what did she say!

Hopefully, we can only hope that we shed no more blood.”

“It’s unfortunate that our soldiers are dying. But, the kind of speech Mr Imran Khan has given is very nice and I wish him all the best and with folded hands, I appeal, that we have a beautiful relationship,”

Here is a clip of her interview,

Well, it is true that India-Pakistan relationship have faced severe downfalls over the years but we are hopeful as you are Kangana!

Even Khan Sahab emphasized on having better relationships with India, in his victory speech.

This is what he said,

“I think it will be very good for all of us if we have good relations with India. We need to have trade ties, and the more we will trade, both countries will benefit. The unfortunate truth is that Kashmir is a core issue, and the situation in Kashmir, and what the people of Kashmir have seen in the last 30 years …. they have really suffered.

Pakistan and India’s leadership should sit at a table and try to fix this problem. It’s not going anywhere. We are at square one right now [with India]. If India’s leadership is ready, we are ready to improve ties with India. If you step forward one step, we will take two steps forward.

I say this with conviction, this will be the most important thing for the subcontinent, for both countries to have friendship.”

We believe that it’s high time that the relationship between the two countries gets better as well, and we at least start respecting each other and calm down enmity. However, at this point in time we definitely can’t wait for 18th August when our very own Khan Sahab will be sworn as Prime Minister!

What about you guys? What do you all think about this?
