On Thursday 14th February 2019, at least 44 paramilitary Indian soldiers lost their lives on occupied Kashmir Highway in Pulwama. According to the details, the convoy was bringing the troopers back from leave to rejoin the active services when the vehicles met with a horrible incident. However, it is unclear whether the van loaded with dangerous devices was driven to the convoy or it was detonated when the buses were adjacent. After a group allegedly took the responsibility of Pulwama incident, it resulted in a clutter-mess in the sub-continent.
The loss of troops of the Indian Army’s Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) is actually disturbing, the investigation to get more actual facts is under process but it seems that the Indian politicians and media personnel can’t wait for that. The Indian government and people have already started blaming Pakistan for Pulwama incident.
After condemning the incident, B-town celebrities are criticizing Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan and his government from their personal social media accounts. The vocal Indian actress Kangana Ranaut lashes out at Pakistan for Pulawama Incident by saying ‘Pakistan’s ban is not the focus, Pakistan’s destruction is’. Ajay Devgan, Salman Khan, and many others stepped back from releasing their movies in Pakistan or started replacing Pakistani artist from their upcoming projects.
Yesterday, the famous poet, lyricist and screenwriter Javed Akhtar also broken his silence on Pulwama Incident and lambasted Pakistan for not claiming the responsibility of the incident.

Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan denied all the claims of Pakistan’s involvement in Pulwama incident in his speech yesterday. He also said that Pakistan will not think of retaliation, Pakistan will retaliate. “First of all, you accused Pakistan. There was no evidence. You never thought: ‘What would be in it for Pakistan? Would even a fool do such a thing to sabotage his own conference? And even if Saudi crown prince Muhammad Bin Salman had not been visiting, what benefit would Pakistan get from it?”
Imran Khan also offered the cooperation for Kashmir dialogue, he wished that the Indian government would move forward instead of getting stuck in the past. “It is Naya Pakistan and we are moving ahead with the new mindset”, cleared Imran Khan.
“However, in India, there needs to be a new way of thinking, some introspection. What is the reason these Kashmiri youths have gotten to the point where they have no fear anymore? There must be some reason,” Imran Khan raised some valid questions for the Indian government.
