When it comes to receiving appreciation from International firms and organizations, Pakistan hasn’t been much in the news due to the image depicted by the world. Seen as a terrorist country filled with poverty, not many seen how Pakistan comes in one of the emerging markets of 2017.

Sir Barber is the chairman and the founder of the British Delivery Associates, a firm which focusses on working with organizations and government to help them improve numerous aspects of the country.
Having the experience of working with Shahbaz Sharif, Sir Barber described different traits of the CM and it just proves how vital he is for the development of Pakistan.
Sir Barber described how despite going through political tensions, Shahbaz Sharif is always focused on his goals and motives. He mentioned how the focus of CM has always been health and education. Even at difficult times, the CM continues being an optimistic man. “Even at difficult times, he never gives up. He never despairs. He always believes that the problems can be solved.”
Perhaps this can be seen as true given how the recent Panama fiasco involved his family and party in charge and despite that, CM remained focused on his work and duties.

Despite facing all the challenges such as every political individual deal with, in the opinion of Sir Barber, Shahbaz Sharif continues being committed towards the improvements of the people in Punjab. Working with Shahbaz Sharif for six to seven years, Sir Barber stated how he has been an inspiration for him.
