Remember how when Donald Trump was elected as the president of the United States he became a major threat to Muslims residing in America? He even imposed a ban on certain countrymen to enter the American soil and that well, it didn’t work out well for him.
With the passage of time, speculations rose how Trump would actually be on the side of Pakistan, and not India.
For the Sake of Flashback, Here’s What Many Think About the Above Stated Thought
Starting to develop a much better relationship with Pakistan and its leaders. I want to thank them for their cooperation on many fronts.
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) October 14, 2017
But it is definitely a “new year, new me” kind of feeling for Donald Trump who yesterday just tweeted the complete opposite about Pakistan.
Out of nowhere, Trump tweeted about how Pakistan is a safe haven for terrorists. The president of United States hinted how it would be easier to find terrorists in Pakistan as compared to in Afghanistan. Additionally, he also mentioned how the USA has given debt to Pakistan over the course of 15 years. In short, his tweet had some unknown hate for Pakistan.
Oh and best of all, Trump’s first tweet of the year was on Pakistan. Seems someone had a really bad New Year’s Eve!
Here’s What he Tweeted:
The United States has foolishly given Pakistan more than 33 billion dollars in aid over the last 15 years, and they have given us nothing but lies & deceit, thinking of our leaders as fools. They give safe haven to the terrorists we hunt in Afghanistan, with little help. No more!

Pakistanis Knew How to React to Trump’s Tweet and No One Spared him!
What US contributed to fight war on terror,Pakistan contributed more than than US I.e. $120 billion ±70k lives.
Come with facts not fictions. #BlundersOfUSA— Qz (@qaisershaami) January 1, 2018
A Quick Reminder
On 14th October 2017 @realDonaldTrump tweeted "Starting to develop a better relationship with Pakistan and its leaders. I want to thank them for their cooperation on many fronts" bipolar President! https://t.co/J31P8qrZ8m

People Were Sharing More of the Facts and Figures
Most of this money is Coalition Support Funds – which makes it payment for services rendered. Not aid, not favours. The $33 billion figure is an accounting exaggeration that has little real meaning. US aid to Pakistan has never neared even 1% of GDP. #Pakistan can do without. https://t.co/fsHidfnrlu

And Jahangir Tareen Had Something to Add As Well
But the Blame-Game was Strong Here
Trumps tweet today reflects the complete bankruptcy and hollow leadership of Pakistan today. These lackeys of the Sharifs are responsible for the manner in which the US has treated us today. We are a proud Nation and will not take this treatment lying down

And Asad Umar Just Won the Show!
The worlds mightiest military force has nothing to show but failure in Afghanistan after 16 years & incapable even of a graceful exit. In comparison Pakistan has carried out a highly successful anti terrorist operation. Stop trying to use Pakistan as an excuse for your failure https://t.co/0eKrYUuyeD

Now THAT is Something to Talk About!
If #DonaldTrump is serious about fighting terrorism & not scapegoating Pakistan for Afghan war defeat, he should be Starting 2018 by arresting the founders of ISIS his country has been providing safe haven to. Will he? #StopAmericanSupplies pic.twitter.com/I6BT8hEY1d

Well, this wasn’t the first time Donald Trump has made a fool of himself on social media but then again, the man doesn’t care because he is the president of one of the supreme nations present in this world.
Let’s just hope Trump gets to see the facts and the figures before making another accusation!
