Every Pakistani surely remembers the Czech model that was arrested at the Lahore Airport last week. The woman was traveling from Czech Republic to Pakistan, and was carrying 9 kilograms of Cocaine, in an episode of drug trafficking.
People on social media had been amused by the incident, as the Lahore airport officials were caught taking pictures with the Czech model, as if she wasn’t a culprit, but a celebrity.
In the latest update of the case, as per Daily Pakistan, they have received a letter from a Czech citizen, who has made an outrageous claim. The name of the person who has written the email is Nikolay Ivanov, who wants the release of 21-year-old Czech model Tereza Hluskova.
The email, as per Daily Pakistan, reads: “ATTENTION if within 48 hours Pakistan does not release Therese who was detained with 9 kg of heroin and does not put it on an airplane for the Czech Republic there will be terrorist attacks in Pakistan. Teresa can contact me on the number +4207925—– if she did not call me be released I promise to have revenge.”
Tereza’s arrest started an uproar in Pakistan, but it seems that it also hurt a lot of people back in Czech Republic. Even though this whole email charade might be a joke, but it isn’t something that can be taken lightly by authorities.
Surely, the Federal Investigation Agency, along with the MI, IB and ISI would be making this their top priority, as any threat to the country from outside is against its sovereignty.
Furthermore, Tereza was not an actual celebrity touring Pakistan, she was a drug trafficker who brought in 9 kilograms of Cocaine into the country, to further oppress this country’s hazy youth.
Even though this is a very serious threat, it seems that nothing alarming will actually happen. As for Tereza, well, in Pakistan, 1 gram of Cocaine costs Rs. 12,000 and if caught, is regrettably inconvenient inside the jail for the dealer. Imagine what the punishment for 9 kilograms should be.
