According to Dawn News, at least 16 individuals were injured when 4 terrorists from the Tehreek-i-Taliban attacked the hostels of the Agricultural Directorate in the Peshawar today. Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR) stated how the security forces successfully killed 3 of the 4 terrorists in the operation they carried.
On the other hand, however, the police officials of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa present on the site informed the publications and media outlets that all the terrorists were neutralized.

After three burqa-clad individuals entered the premises, they attacked the directorate early in the morning. The arrived at the building in a rickshaw and managed to shot the guard at the gate.
Due to the account of Eid Miladun Nabi, the hostels were formally closed. However, 8 to 10 people were still there and the security officials managed to evacuate them.
The injured individuals were instantly taken to the Khyber Teaching Hospital. As declared by the hospital officials, a journalist, a guard, a police officer, a Frontier Corps (FC), 2 army officials and 7 students have been admitted so far. The operation of securing and finding injured and killed individuals is still on-going.
