Apparently, the Armed Forces of any country are considered to be its protectors and pride but this current year, it has not been the case with our neighbor, India. The on-going tensions between Pakistan and India turned extreme savage earlier this year and the call for war was near. Well, the tensions took a decline and our PM Imran Khan got nominated for the Nobel Prize by a US publication, the world knows the rest.
In February, the militant group Jaish-e-Mohammed accepted the responsibility of the Pulwama incident and it created a war hysteria between the two nuclear-powered neighbors. During the tensions, Indian fighter jets were identified on Pakistan Air Force’s radar system and were shot down by the actual fighters F-16 jets of PAF. Later, Indian Air Force (IAF) Wing Commander Abhinandan was captured by Pakistan and India was shocked.

The captured Wing Commander was treated really well in Pakistan and was later released by the PM as a peace gesture. The world praised the positive step taken by Pakistan towards peace. Abhinandan was treated as a hero in his country and the world was entertained.
Yesterday, it was revealed that the Indian Wing Commander Abhinandan’s squadron has received a ‘Falcon Slayer’ patch and the Sukhoi-30 squadron has received ‘AMRAAM Dodgers’ shoulder patches as a tribute. The ‘Falcon Slayers’ patch is depicting an Indian MiG-21 setting its target on the PAF F-16 fighter jet, the false news by which the Modi lead government made a fool out of its people. Whereas, the ‘AMRAAM Dodgers’ patch shows Sukhoi-30 squadron aircraft dodging PAF F-16’s AMRAAM missiles.
Pakistanis were quick to respond to the senseless tribute given to their failed Wing Commander Abhinandan. Social media was full of sarcastic laughing stuff and the news was considered ‘fantastic’. Check out the replies here:

Once again India provided Pakistanis with some great laughing stock and WE ARE NOT DISAPPOINTED. Jokes apart, we just hope that in the coming future Indo-Pak problems will end and will have a sustaining relation with each other.
