The aviation industry in Pakistan once prevailed in a healthy prospect. Besides our national career elevating the benchmark in modern aviation, a few new airlines emerged. This accounted for a positive prospect of the industry, however, the actual picture is totally different.
We continue to hear appalling incidents and complaints regarding a major airline in Pakistan. However, the other options finish a race apart in embarrassing faux pax. It calls for a concern regarding customer satisfaction in the services offered by major airlines operating locally. We have yet another incident shared by a passenger that leaves us a ground of shame and despair.
Passengers report how a local airline allegedly made them wait for 8 hours, locked in this area…
Guys please share this to raise awareness….They have locked us in for about 8 hours and are telling nothing….Must share to raise voice for the sake of your people who are genuinely treated like animals….

Apparently, we can see the poor passengers in a deplorable state, waiting for hours in this area. Luggage is lingering here and there and they have not found even the slightest level of comfort here. What is more shocking is that the senior citizens are forced to compromise under such a condemnable treatment. Where are the fundamental moral values?
A gap of communication, as reported by the young passenger in this video can lead to major problems and panic among the passengers. Such level of unprofessionalism is condemnable on all grounds.
We can clearly see passengers in despair and without a conclusive idea of the long-haul delay. They are equally shocked at this airline’s treatment towards them. Moreover, the passengers here report that they have not even been offered any food or refreshment and are left stranded in this room for worst.
