Asad Umar Finally Accepts Role As Head Of NA’s Finance Committee And This Is How Pakistanis Are Reacting!

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has been on a roller coaster ride since the day it won the elections. Party members and the responsibilities they are given have no authenticity as resignation acts as a prominent figure within the party. In recent views, transfer of ministries in PTI is the hot delight for the opposition parties and the general public who are not happy with PM Imran Khan’s performance so far.

Things took a U-Turn during the mid of last month when Asad Umar announced his resignation as the Finance Minister and everyone started ‘ghabrana’. The next day following the resignation, Fawad Chaudhry also got his portfolio altered as the Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting and was given the federal ministry for Science and Technology. The sudden changes steered a debate among Pakistanis and PTI supporters were disappointed.

In recent news, Asad Umar had again become the talk of the town because of his one-to-one meeting with the PM on 7th, April’19. The meeting was held to convince the former finance minister to rejoin the cabinet and adhere to his responsibilities. The actual tamasha started again when Asad Umar denied PM’s proposal and the news spread like fire among the masses. However today, during the meeting of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Parliamentary Party, PM Imran Khan approved Asad Umar as the Chairman Standing Committee of Finance and Asad Umar has finally accepted the role.

Apparently, the Pakistani awaam have good things to say about PM’s decision and are now waiting for Umar to respond. While the ones against are calling it a ‘Karan-Arjun fiasco’. Waiting for the final call and hoping it turned out to be in Pakistan’s favor.
