Pakistan, a country full of potential, resources and pride, has remained a thorn in the skin for its neighbors ever since the country’s inception. India and Afghanistan, over the 70 odd years, have only rejuvenated their hatred towards Pakistan, instead of finding common ground.
Another country that has been after Pakistan ever since 9/11, is the United States of America. Different presidents have come and gone, but all have forced Pakistan to “DO MORE” in the fight against terrorism.

With over 70,000 lives lost and billions of dollars worth dents to the national treasury, Pakistan is finally saying, “NO MORE!” Donald Trump’s first tweet of 2018 directly targeted Pakistan and threatened the nuclear power that no aid will be provided to it from here and that the country should be ready for sanctions. This tweet has caused mass rage and anger in Pakistan, from all the pillars of the state, including civilians.
The United States has foolishly given Pakistan more than 33 billion dollars in aid over the last 15 years, and they have given us nothing but lies & deceit, thinking of our leaders as fools. They give safe haven to the terrorists we hunt in Afghanistan, with little help. No more!

Not just America, but other enemies of Pakistan, especially Indians and Afghans have also been celebrating Trump’s tweet:
@DonaldTrump Mr.Trump pls Declared Pakistan as a Terrorist Country as soon as possible.

Dear Mr. President Donald Trump.
It’s very astonishing and surprising to note that so much money as aid given to Pakistan. It’s not very late to regret. The US should ask account for this and file a case against the concerned people in the International Court— Sivalingam (@Sivalin18843917) January 2, 2018

President @realDonaldTrump tweet on Pakistan’s duplicitous position over the past 15 years is vindication that the war on terror is not in bombing Afghan villages and homes but in the sanctuaries beyond Afghanistan. I welcome today’s clarity in President Trump’s remarks and…

Whatever the case may be, Pakistan has made it evident through its foreign police and statements, that the country will not be doing any more in the fight against terrorism, especially if it is threatened. The Afghanistan peace procedure will come to a halt if Pakistan is forced to fight someone else’s war.
As for India, no matter what happens, the country will always be ready to celebrate anything that is said or done against Pakistan. This is one of the reasons India will never be able to counter Pakistan’s respect in the international world.
